Prosecco VNC Doc Brut
This is a sparkling brut wine with an invitingly dry taste, low sugar presence and abundant bubbles that tickle the palate. This is a DOC wine of controlled production and, as with all Proseccos, it is made from Glera variety grapes. It is fermented using the traditional varietal method at controlled temperature using the extended Charmat process, presenting a wine with a total acidity of 5.7 gr / litre and residual sugar of 10 gr / litre. Its alcohol content is 11% and it is a wine with a fine, persistent and intense aroma.

The taste is relatively fresh and delicate and offers positive sensations when combined with delicate pasta and rice dishes and cheese boards. As with all products from our company, this Prosecco is a very versatile wine that can adapt to a wide variety of contexts, the first of these being any kind of aperitif.
